Our washing machine broke nearly a month ago, and Hotpoint have still not repaired it. An engineer was due to attend on 31 January, but arrived 3 hours late, took a photo of our front door and then said we weren't in - he never knocked or rang the bell. Nobody from Hotpoint has apologised or sought to resolve the fact I have been without a washing machine for 4 weeks, and keep telling me an engineer attended so there's nothing they can do.
The next available date they can give me an appointment is 14 February. A truly dreadful experience from a bunch of lying hucksters. Avoid.
