I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I have experienced regarding appointment booking and repairs. My appointment has been canceled six times in a row for various reasons, including unavailable spare parts and the absence of an engineer. The customer service team has referred to these issues as "beyond their control," and all they can offer is to schedule a new appointment.
At this point, it feels like I am simply waiting for the next cancellation so I can go through the frustrating process of rescheduling once again. This is simply unacceptable. I will not consider purchasing anything from this brand in the future!
