Ordered and paid for item, clicked delivery day, all sorted so I thought.
I then received a large number of emails and text messages asking to confirm my delivery day. It took nearly two hours to even log in their system, for something I'd already done. I did it again anyway.
The day of the delivery comes. I awake to along voice message telling me to book my delivery day. Errr I'd already done that TWICE. So i email to double check my item was coming, and i was told 'we have no record of your delivery'. WTAF
Refund me. I'll spend my money with a reputable company. Absolutely appalling service. Something so simple, yet they managed to mess it up.
Can you imagine the hassle if something went wrong with the item. GO ELSEWHERE
