Absolutely unacceptable service.
Engineer from Hotpoint came to replace my heating element. On the first use, my kitchen flooded (which was not a problem before the visit). It has gone all under the machine, tripped my fuse and I cant move the machine. They cannot send anyone to sort it today. I have been waiting all day for a callback from the engineer and planning team and nothing! I have spent all afternoon calling and they cannot help me so I'm stuck!
