When my dishwasher broken down, they gave me slot 2 weeks later. When I expressed my displeasure, they gave me wrong promise that they will have engineer visit in 1-2 days.
When I try to call them, I have only machines.
Only way to contact them is to submit a request as new customer - when I did that they said they have booked engineers visit for next day though no one showed up.
When I contact whatsapp Chat, the person said there is not booked for me until 2 weeks.
