Absolutely dreadful company to deal with. Customer service like dealing with robots. Bought a frost free double fridge freezer for over £2000. 2 1/2 years ago. Now on our third replacement . Still problems. Keeps iceing up and engineer confirmed it's a common problem. Customer service refused to acknowledge it. Also refused to let me speak to a manager. STAY WELL AWAY.
