Terrible customer service and poor quality products. The initial order and delivery was prompt. Put the gazebo up and the legs sheared / within 5mins and following their instructions. Website says robust - that is not so. Tried to speak to their customer service department but they never answer. They do not follow up on emails either. I followed their cancellation procedure and returned the product at my own expense. Still nothing from a House if Tents or TOOLPORT. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
