A danger to life and limb
Any Problem, is your problem. The current design is not per drawing and arguably there is a very real risk to life due to unsecured installation. Unsecure installation leaves structure rigid and solid, a kite by any reasonable description. Be aware and protect yourself, neighbors and friends. AVOID. PS Engineering report for correctly installed canopy - Company no longer exists.
