DO NOT BUY FROM HOUSE OF TENTS / TOOLPORT. i spent £625 on a 6x3 tent and it is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. please read reviews from all sites and you will understand why! 4 out of 5 boxes arrived, with several parts missing, and the white panels were dirty...it looked like an unchecked return had been sent to me. i've made several phone calls to their various numbers, of which only 2 have been answered, i've sent even more emails, each with their own "ticket numbers" (their ref nos.) EMAILS ARE NEVER FOLLOWED UP by a real person, just an auto response, when i spoke to customer services they told me to email saying i want to cancel the order, i have done this, but still no response. this has been going on for 2 weeks and i now feel i have to contact trading standards and the small claims court to try and get my money back. it's a lot of heart ache from a uncaring company!
