I ordered I 4x8 marquee from them, the cover couldn’t fit over the frame so I called and emailed them sent pictures and video. The man that was dealing with me 1st said they will replace it but they were out of stock for 3 months. I waited and emailed him back call call still to this day he busy. I the talked to someone else who said they would refund me, the phone was put down and I haven’t been able to get her either. I would never buy from them again really bad customer service I didn’t want my money back I just wanted I working marquee.
