Having bought a gazebo we found it impossible to fit both the sides and roof concurrently due to the Velcro positions.
The frame also rubbed a small hole in the roof in gentle wind.
On contacting the company we have now exchanged over 10 e mails over a protected period of 7 weeks and we are no walker’s closer to resolution.
Frustrated and poorer, it seems they have no intention to resolve these issues.
