I ordered a marquee in 2024 for a specific event and it was firstly delivered very late. Then upon setting it up, we'd discovered half of the delivery was missing. I called again and they could only send the missing parts after the event.
This year we got it out to use it again and one of the boxes is half empty and missing 6 of the internal components.
I called the company and they really couldn't care less.
They're cheap for a reason. Avoid at all costs.
