The whole experience was very enjoyable from start to finish! Thank you for having your team give me a call the evening before to confirm a window. Our driver Neal was wonderful as well! I so appreciate him calling to give us a heads-up when he was en route and for taking our puppy out of the crate before the hand off. Our little guy showed up clean and seemed mostly unfazed. I am very impressed :)
