They literally took care of every minute details when it came to my two persian cats Lexus & Mercedes who were being relocated to Dubai. Ryan is an amazing coordinator to work with. She is patient and explains everything cohesively. She is available on chat if you need immediate information. From the moment we sign up till handover of the pets, there is a special attention to detail. They keep you updated on everything!
