Our puppy was delivered in good condition and had obviously been well cared for during transportation.
Communication was very clear. We were notified the day before, and given a reasonable window in which to expect delivery of our new puppy. Abel arrived within that window; additionally, we were called 30 minutes before arrival, and that estimate was accurate.
In summary, we were consistently provided timely and accurate information about the process. Thank you!
