My experience with My Pet Cab was outstanding. They called me the day before but I couldn’t be on the phone too long so the representative offered to text me. I appreciated the flexibility! Ramiro was our pet cab driver and he was great. He texted me when he was about an hour away and he even came earlier than he said! He also answered my text after he had left as I forgot to ask a question. I appreciated all the customer support to bring our puppy home :)
