Over all I am pleased as I’ve had a very poor experience in the past with the transportation of a pet.
I was a bit shocked to see a young man get out of a Land Rover with my pet in the back seat. I was under the impression that this was a professional driver and a delivery vehicle. Not a personal vehicle. Nonetheless the young man was pleasant and my new puppy seamed happy so all ends well.
