Our puppy arrived happ, healthy and cool. We had record breaking temperatures the day she arrived. The driver, Traci, handled her with such care that we were truly impressed. After she looked at my I’d, she pointed out the food and health certificate and advised us as what to do for her next meal, stressing that water should be given as soon as possible. The experience was great as Traci kept us advised about the time of their arrival several times by phone to calm our anxiety. We recommend your company highly!
