Communication was great. Flight was delayed by weather and Driver Jerry kept us informed of his estimated arrival time. Even with traffic from NJ to Long Island Jerry was on time and a pleasure to speak with upon arrival. Our bernedoodle was well cared for and content. Speaking with Jerry you could tell of his compassion for the dogs in his care and his love of his job. Couldn’t have worked out any better! Thank you for your selection process and training of your employees. You have one of the best with Jerry.
