My pet driver (Mike) communicated with me often on my pet's journey from the airport in Massachusetts and gave me an update on the time of arrival on the way to my home in Vermont. My puppy arrived exactly on time and Mike was friendly and courteous. I know my dog was well-cared for on a stressful long trip.
