Jan Nolan kept me well informed while I was awaiting my puppy’s arrival from Hanscom Air Force Base Airport. When she arrived, she told me about the experience my puppy had and when and how to give my puppy her Nutrical supplement. She explained what possible reactions my puppy may exhibit as a result of her journey. My new baby responded well to Jan. I received the paperwork, food and carry case and my puppy and off Jan went to deliver two other pups. Everything went smoothly, exactly as previous communications had explained. Being able to have my puppy come home directly to me was wonderful.
