We are very, very happy with the way our puppy’s final mile transport was handled. We got a call the day before confirming address, the name of the driver and approximate delivery time. On the day of arrival, Alex called and gave us a 1 hr heads up when he was on his way. He arrived right on time, and we loved the way he handled our puppy.
