Samson is a 3 pound puppy and I was very concerned for his safety. I was informed of every step of Samson's trip home. At first I received emails and text messages.then I received phone calls. He arrived home safe and a happy playful pup. All documents accompanying Samson were explained and all my questions were addressed. My Pet Cab exceeded all my expectations and I strongly recommend them as the first means for transporting pets over long distances.
