A representative from My Pet Cab called me the day prior to confirm the ETA for our new puppy and give the driver’s name. The day of delivery, I received a strange call from someone I barely heard or understood, but eventually figured out was a different driver delivering our puppy. He arrived with my filthy puppy and again was difficult to understand, but had the necessary paperwork so we had a successful handoff. A call from My Pet Cab relaying the change in plans would have gone a long way.
