Janice was wonderful. She called ahead of coming to the house giving us time to have everything ready for our new pet. She presented us a clean and happy puppy, the crate, starter food, and medical records.
My only disappointment (not at all Janice's fault) was not having any collar on the dog at time of delivery. Other than that the experience was exactly as advertised. Nice job, and thank you!
