Very impressed. They were in contact with me the day prior with a three hour window in which to expect my pup. The day of the driver sent me a text message with a 30 minute window and delivered him at the time stated. When my puppy arrived, he was happy and healthy with all the paperwork and food. Another nice touch was the driver gave me some preliminary tips on his first few hours and days. As a first time dog owner, that was very helpful for me personally. Highly recommend.
