It was overall a good experience, however my doggie arrived with a piece of something stuck on his fur. It just seemed my pet had likely pooped and left like that during the flight or drive because it looked dry and from a day or 2 ago. This is all besides the accident that the doggie had during transportation which I completely understand can happen anytime and the driver notified me and offered to take care of it.
