Ray the driver was very kind and the exchange of our puppy from his vehicle to our home was seamless. I tried contacting your company a couple of times to arrange a time & place that I could have & would have come half way and met Ray so that he didn't have to travel as far as he did - the only time I got someone live on the phone I was told that someone would call me back and no one called me back. I am giving Ray a (5 excellent review) but that does not apply to your company.
