He kept us apprised of his progress and was quite friendly. I would ask for Jerry if planning to ship my dog. I communicated with him via cell. Calling the company was less fun because waiting to speak to someone took a good while and the message repeated often and with no indication that someone would ever answer the phone. They finally did answer.
