I tried to post a review the day I received Prudence but was unable to do so. Your site was very confusing on how to post a review. This did not allow me to get in on the $100 Amazon drawing. Putting that aside, Tyler called from the airport in Hayward to say he was on the way and it would be about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. He made it when he said he would and was extremely helpful in the transfer of my new puppy. He answered all my questions and it appeared Prudence was taken care of very well. Tyler's a keeper.
