My driver was Tim and he kept me abreast of my puppy delivery as soon as she arrived in Hayward. As well as send me updates. She arrived very happy, full of energy, and was pleased to see that she was given food and water so she did not have any distress from traveling. It was an overall great experience from Pet Cab. Tim asked if I had any questions, and explained her attached papers.
