Kate P. is wonderful! Excellent communication throughout! Kate let me know that Latte was doing well when she picked her up from the airport. She sent a photo, via text, to let me know how Latte was doing during her travel time. She updated estimated times of arrival throughout the day. Kate P. is kind and caring and it is wonderful to know that Latte was well cared for during her trip. Kate P. treats her passenger pets as if they are her own. It was 100% stress-free and an awesome experience. I highly recommend My Pet Cab.
