Tim was excellent, very prompt and arrived on time, he called us 30 minutes before arrival, he was very gentle and had excellent customer service, he brought our puppy safe and give him food and water while traveling so our puppy was happy, rested and clean. Tim provided instructions and all papers needed, we are very happy with the service.
