Pet Cab kept us informed every step of the way, Peter was our driver he called with an hour time frame and then again 5 minutes before he arrived. When he arrived with our fur baby he was so gentle and kind with her, we had to take a picture with her before he left very professional, I would recommend Pet Cab 100% it was the BEST way for our new addition and she was fine, not scared at all.
