Wow, wow, wow! Rudy was amazing! I was watching how tenderly he cleaned up my puppy and reassured her when he first arrived (and didn't know I was watching). He handed her over to me so gently and told me how wonderful she did during the trip and how beautiful she is. Overall, it was a perfect handover. Rudy made my first few minutes with my puppy very memorable and even took a few photos for me.
