We were most happy of course that our puppy arrived. The person was very kind and careful in delivering our new boy. The vehicle was quite good.
If I may recommend in the future perhaps using carefully controlled heating pads inside each container; our puppy was a bit cold upon arrival, which - of course - we fixed in a hurry.
