Manny was excellent! Totally professional. Called and to inform me of approximate arrival whereupon I gave him directions regarding finding my condominium which was somewhat complex. He found my home quickly and delivered my puppy an hour earlier than I expected. He was friendly and professional. I couldn’t have been happier with my experience of receiving my new dog.
