This was my first time having a puppy delivered via The Pet Cab and I must say it was a pleasant experience. They kept in constant communication from the time they received my puppy, to relaying when they are in traffic to being outside of my house. My puppy had already eaten, had water and went to the bathroom prior to arriving to me. He came with everything I was supposed to receive and he actually arrived earlier than expected time wise.
