Tim was very professional and enthusiastic. Provided timely updates of ETA, and brought our puppy on time. Tim provided all information for our puppy including what he ate and drank after his flight, also about the extra food and documentation that came with our puppy. He took a picture of our family with the new addition and texted us the picture.
