Tracy was very friendly, calm, gentle, understanding, and caring towards our newest baby & me. She even sniffed around the van to take notice of the other puppies before leaving us to continue on her "SPECIAL DELIVERIES". I didn't want to use the service as it was only a 30 minute drive to pick him up, but when Puppy Serve upgraded my service to include the Pet Cab delivery, I am glad he was handled by such a wonderful service and knowledgeably capable staff.
