Sarah and the team were absolutely amazing, kept me informed and sent pictures of my baby. Outstanding service from a team that genuinely care about how you are feeling and about the animals . Joey was safely reunited and hopefully will never have to leave me again but if he did - Starwood would be my only choice. Thank you all
