The process to relocate your dog from the US to Australia is very complicated and they were very good at explaining exactly what I had to do at every step in the process. Molly was my handler and she was so helpful and patient with me during the whole process which was a 10 month marathon! Any problems that were not anticipated were addressed very quickly and many were avoided due to extensive knowledge of the whole process. I could not imagine handling this on my own.
