Actually am so frustrated from what happened after almost a month for a return request, finally DHL came to collect and they informed sorry we cant accept the item since no print out of the label ticket , who is dealing like that till now , i told the guy i can whatsapp ot email yoh , he said no we cant we need a printed paper.. and he was rude and didn’t accept the item .. thats tbe worst service i have ever faced, ill never deal with Hugo boss again.
