Worst customer service ever! Spent £134 on Polo, I have washed it and when attempting to steam it, I noticed that there’s a line/crease across the front and back of the T-shirt. HB said it is normal! What a joke!

Words can’t express how grateful I am to Mr. Tony and his team. Losing access to my money was a nightmare, but they treated me with compassion and respect. Their patience and expertise were invaluable, and I’m so happy to have recovered my funds. Thank you for everything!

Avoid with all cost - there is no customer support, all they do is pushing from one email to another, ultimately finding lame reasons to blame the customer. Very lame for such an expensive brand I would think.

The journey that commenced as a hopeful investment opportunity took a sharp turn towards devastation, resulting in a loss of $97,100. Discovering that I had fallen victim to a scam left me grappling with a mix of emotions - embarrassment, anger, and a sense of uncertainty regarding my next course of action. I can’t believed how this company operated ! I placed order about a week ago , yesterday I have notification order was delivered to “save” place on local CVS ( I living on apartment building with special delivery room ) - O’k , go to CVS nothing there , send email to customer service with question, call them … Finally next day get notification mail : my order was return to sender and I will be have refund with 14 business days after they receive and inspect my order !!!!! I use Boss product since mid 80’s - NEVER AGAIIN

Horrible service from Hugo Boss. I placed an order a week ago, and the estimated delivery date has already passed. When I contacted support, they kept giving me different tracking numbers and changing the carrier—UPS, USPS, but none of them show that the package was accepted. Clearly, they haven’t even shipped it yet. Their support team is useless and doesn’t provide any real help. Very disappointing for such a premium brand. I expected much better and will not be ordering from them again.

Placed an order last night for a expensive watch which was a women’s instead of a man’s my bloody silly mistake but emailed them immediately to cancel the order for a refund 3 times + filled out a cancel form with my order number & phoned them also before it shipped and they wouldn’t cancel until it’s delivered & i have to return it back through post office myself I really don’t understand how this makes sense & why they couldn’t just cancel it & not waste anymore of my time & there’s I’m a big fan of Hugo boss but will not be ordering again from them over this its Christmas I need the refund to buy my brothers Christmas present and now I will have to wait for probably another two weeks instead of them just cancelling my order there and then & issuing a quick refund they could easy just call up the courier & give the address of the order & tell him that’s cancelled return it when he is due back at warehouse so I could have my refund back in my bank by Friday

Tried to cancel a item almost immediately after realising I ordered the wrong item could not get through to an actual human with the live chat function and phone went straight to an automated message got a response after they had dispatched the item from the email address saying I couldn’t cancel but could return fine. Email saying my parcel is being deleivered between a certain time frame, time frame comes and goes and no parcel or update for when my parcel will arrive again no response from the shocking customer service from Hugo boss absolutely disgusted as I spent a fair bit and one of the items I’ve chosen is a Christmas gift do not use

I ordered a pair of jeans a week ago online , delayed 3 times and still no idea when !! Very bad service from a company you wouldn't expect!! Tried to call 3 times and cannot get through!! awful !!

The lack of customer service is shocking to say anything else. A reputable brand like this with such a garbage customer service....been a repeat customer for many years but this is the last time buying from them....never had this type of nonesense experience over all anywhere else.

Absolute terrible company no customer service. I was told you about it at the store go back to the store even you were on vacation doesn’t matter. $400 for a jacket where the zipper doesn’t work. Crappy expensive product never again.

Treat their best employees like garbage. They will retaliate and discriminate against you in a heartbeat if you complain to HR even for the most serious things that HR is supposed to protect you from. Don’t kid yourself. HR is there to protect and care about the COMPANY. NOT YOU. If you go on medical leave, they will harass you during your leave. They lie to you, trick you, etc. Horrific tactics. Advice to Management: Get off all your high horses and start respecting and cherishing your employees. You violate their rights and the law. Despicable behavior. How can you all sleep at night? The top brass is heartless, lack empathy, compassion and all the other important traits needed to be great leaders.

Dear Hugo, Actually am so frustrated from what happened after almost a month for a return request, finally DHL came to collect and they informed sorry we cant accept the item since no print out of the label ticket , who is dealing like that till now , i told the guy i can whatsapp ot email yoh , he said no we cant we need a printed paper.. and he was rude and didn’t accept the item .. thats tbe worst service i have ever faced, ill never deal with Hugo boss again.

Absolute trash Bought sandals for 80$ that literally made my toes bleed went to return them and there was nothing they could do. I would give a 0/5 if I could. Hugo boss is garbage company. Don’t shop there

I was thoroughly impressed by Ms. Annie, the salesperson at Hugo Boss in Terminal 2 inside the departure hall. Her exceptional customer service, sales skills, and positive attitude were outstanding. Hugo Boss should be proud to have such an employee.
