“I have attempted to contact Hugo Boss regarding two products purchased from one of their factory outlet stores that had a no refund policy, which didn’t appear anywhere except on the sales slip. The first product’s size was miss marked and the second product, which I only purchased because I couldn’t get a refund for the first product, shrank in the waist after the first washing beyond any pair of jeans I’ve ever owned. I contacted the customer service phone number and was informed my concerns would have to be addressed by corporate. I then filed my complaint online with corporate and received an automatic response stating that I would be contacted momentarily and for immediate help it referred me back to the same phone number that referred me to corporate. After hearing nothing for seven business days I sent another, as well as calling. I was told their corporate customer concerns person should return my call within 24 hours. That didn’t happen either. I then sent another complaint online and the same process began again. I’ve yet to hear from anyone as to whether I can or cannot expect any resolution whatsoever. Basically, their customer service seems to be nonexistent.”
