Horrible service from Hugo Boss. I placed an order a week ago, and the estimated delivery date has already passed. When I contacted support, they kept giving me different tracking numbers and changing the carrier—UPS, USPS, but none of them show that the package was accepted. Clearly, they haven’t even shipped it yet. Their support team is useless and doesn’t provide any real help. Very disappointing for such a premium brand. I expected much better and will not be ordering from them again.
