Tried to cancel a item almost immediately after realising I ordered the wrong item could not get through to an actual human with the live chat function and phone went straight to an automated message got a response after they had dispatched the item from the email address saying I couldn’t cancel but could return fine.
Email saying my parcel is being deleivered between a certain time frame, time frame comes and goes and no parcel or update for when my parcel will arrive again no response from the shocking customer service from Hugo boss absolutely disgusted as I spent a fair bit and one of the items I’ve chosen is a Christmas gift do not use
