I've been without broadband service for two hours. Tried contacting support, only to be greeted with: "You are in position 264. Your estimated wait time is less than 3 minutes."
22 minutes later, I'm still waiting—now in position 108.
Who on earth designs these "efficient" systems to mislead customers like this?
