Visited reading store for the first time 3. 30pm Was offered help without asking in warehouse area good service at the till amazing and willing help by two men who were happy to put heavy purchases into the car.l can not praise the staff I dealt with enough so refreshing to get service with a smile .i work in retail and know how difficult this time of year can be ,well done,
