I had ordered the wrong size wardrobes for my bedroom and when I called IKEA they straight away organised an exchange an no extra cost. When the correct delivery turned up I arranged for my builder to come and fit them.
When he arrived 4 days later, one of the wardrobe doors was damaged, I immediately called IKEA and straight away they ordered another replacement which arrived on time as requested.
Every staff member on the phone is brilliant and very helpful
